Complete Installation Process
If you want to get a mobile tower installed on your land,
then for this you will have to submit some necessary documents to the mobile tower company:
Passport size photo
Aadhar card
PAN card
Property certificate
After submitting the documents, the company will conduct a secret inspection of the place with the help of modern technology. This process is done from the security point of view and keeping in mind the towers of other companies.
If your property is found suitable in the inspection,the company will give you a rent of ₹35,000/- per month and provide a security amount of ₹40,00,000/-, which will be given in two installments:
The first installment will be of ₹15,00,000/-, which will be given after the tower is installed and the agreement is signed.
The second installment will be of ₹25,00,000/-, which will be given after the tower installation work is completed.
A court agreement of 20 years will be made with you and the rent will be increased by 10% every year.
Also, a member of your family will be given a job at a monthly salary of ₹15,000/- to look after the tower. For this job, the
person should be 18 years of age or above.
If your property is passed, you will have to pay a registration fee of ₹2,450/-. After this, the necessary documents are prepared by the court, which reach you within 24 hours, and within 48 hours the company’s team goes to your nearest court and completes the agreement process.
